Our activities in brief are
as follows;
Designing:
We offer design as per clients requirement’s both process
and/or mechanical, as per various Indian & International
codes such as TEMA, ASME, BS, IS etc. In addition, as per
requirement of third party designs.
Our Mr. Jayesh Panchal [DFT] does
the in house design and development, who has an experience
in the field of fabrication since last 18 years and has
the privilege to work in India’s third largest fabrication
company for couple of years in various capacities.
We have extensive experience in the field
of fabrication and material handling.
Manufacturing:
We have well laid fabrication facilities for heat exchangers,
pressure vessel, columns, storage tanks and our workers
has expertise in handling jobs under consultants & third
party inspection authorities.
We adhere to strict quality control procedures
and offer workmanship of high caliber. We have various machinery
required for fabrication and well-organized quality control
procedures and record sheets.
Following facilities are available to
the client/inspecting authority:
1. Hydrostatic Testing
2. Pneumatic Testing
3. Vacuum Testing
4. Dye Penetrant Testing
5. Various other instruments and tools required for inspection.
We arrange heat treatment, radiography,
ultrasonic testing, etc. from recognized & approved
sub-contractors and checking testing of raw materials for
chemical, tensile, impact, etc. from recognized approved
laboratories.
We offer computerized design and drafting
